While the home has air conditioning in both master suites and all the comforts of a true 5 star resort it operates 100% from the high end solar system located a few hundred yards away in the staff area.  The home has the most efficient air conditioning system, lights and appliances available which makes it possible to run exclusively off the solar system.

Valley Stream is located along the most beautiful part of the Hummingbird Highway and backs up to the massive Sibun National Forest Reserve.  The water in the stream is crystal clear flowing from the untouched uninhabited forest reserve.  Valley Stream is about 1,000 feet above sea level which keeps things much cooler and typically no annoying bugs. Valley Stream is literally surrounded by an amazing rainforest, natural beauty and countless outdoor adventures and tours.
